Designer

• You support the development and design of digital campaigns, social media assets, and communication designs for our client dm.

Junior Digital Creative Designer

AI Engineer

• Design and engineer agentic and multimodal AI systems that bring together creativity, data, and automation
• Develop end-to-end GenAI workflows that integrate LLMs, visual AI systems (via ComfyUI), and existing enterprise stacks
• Connect and orchestrate visual generation interfaces with backend systems and APIs for marketing, design, and content production use cases
• Prototype, validate, and scale AI-driven experiences from concept to production - together with designers, strategists, and engineers
• Define AI engineering standards for prompting, evaluation, observability, and ethical guardrails across WongDoody’s creative technology practice
• Provision and set up on-premises servers and cloud solutions for usage with GenAI tools

Senior AI Engineer

• Develop and optimize generative AI workflows for 2D and CGI content — from concept exploration to final output.
• Work with node-based AI systems (e.g. ComfyUI or similar frameworks) and build custom nodes, modules, or plugins that extend creative production capabilities.
• Bridge creative and technical disciplines by integrating AI models and tools into existing design, motion, and CGI pipelines.
• Use Python or JavaScript to script, automate, and prototype new tools or workflow components.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art generative models — from diffusion and transformer architectures to multimodal systems — to explore new creative possibilities.
• Collaborate closely with designers, 3D artists, and engineers, making AI a seamless part of the creative process.
• Document, version, and share your workflows using Git-based collaboration tools to ensure transparent and reproducible creative development.

Creative AI Workflow Specialist – Creative AI Engineer

Content Creator

• You produce creator-driven content for our clients. You regularly appear on camera and can independently edit these videos.
• As a Content Creator you understand tonalities and pop-cultural trends on social media and advise on how content should look on our clients’ organic social channels based on that insight.
• Support in booking creator content and advising those creators to transform generic UGC into assets that capture users’ limited attention spans.
• You also shoot social-first content (with a smartphone) from behind the camera — for example, videos featuring protagonists at film premieres or employees in client stores.
• Post is just the beginning: you understand sentiment and metrics and collaborate with colleagues to draw data-driven conclusions and recommendations for future content.
• Close collaboration with your team, and with teams across Strategy, Performance Marketing, Creative and Account Management, as well as with our clients.

Social Content Creator, Consultant – Part-time 24–32 hrs/week

Digital Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize 6-figure paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest; own end-to-end setup, pacing, and iterative optimization.
• Consult and educate clients through their performance journey: align goals, right-size expectations, and create pragmatic roadmaps and campaign plans.
• Build channel mixes and media plans tied to clear KPIs; run structured A/B tests (audience, creative, placements) and feed learnings back to strategy and creative teams.
• Manage budgets and vendor/partner relationships to support integrated programs.
• Own social/content analytics for (mostly) organic content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and owned web: define KPI frameworks, content taxonomies, and benchmarks that tie to business outcomes.
• Build and maintain automated, reliable dashboards (Looker Studio/Data Studio; GA4; Sheets/Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus) with weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences and crisp executive readouts.
• Establish and enforce data hygiene: UTM standards, tagging conventions, pixel/GTM QA, and privacy-aware measurement practices.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and next steps for non-technical stakeholders; turn insights into content/creative briefs and test plans.
• Run and evaluate experiments beyond paid (format mix, hooks/thumbnails, posting cadence, timing, creator vs. brand posts); document learnings and rollouts.
• Create reporting templates/playbooks, track SLAs, and continuously improve how we collect, visualize, and communicate performance.
• Co-shape creative content strategy with strategy/creative teams; develop insights-driven briefs and editorial guidance for organic social.
• Contribute to adjacent lifecycle work (email/CRM) when needed and help connect insights across the funnel.
• Partner with UX/design on data-informed wireframes/flows; instrument measurement and recommend improvements to reduce friction.

Senior Digital Marketing Analyst – all genders

• You create video content for social media campaigns – from shooting to final edit.
• You film independently, have a good eye for dynamics, lighting and timing, and think in terms of content rather than traditional film formats.
• You edit, add sound and animate your content – with a strong sense for platform logic, trends and storytelling.
• You advise our creatives during idea development on feasibility, style and execution – and then independently implement the final concepts.
• You work closely with concept, design, performance teams and the client to ensure fast, high-quality delivery.
• You use AI tools purposefully to optimize workflows or expand creative options – e.g., for editing, audio or visual effects.
