About the role
- Design, develop, build, and maintain blended learning content for our field employees and leaders
- Write strong, measurable learning objectives and tie them to the business goals of the programs
- Evolve Wonder’s blended learning strategy to the next level while partnering and collaborating with all the appropriate teams and stakeholders
- Have mastery of adult learning theories, and how to apply them to common business problems
- Develop and evangelize best practices in training content development
- Manage assigned learning projects to dates, schedules, and intended outcomes
- Build PowerPoint presentations, PDF/Word documents, eLearning modules, videos, and LMS native content
Requirements
- Proven track record of creating content for frontline employees and field leaders
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining content in a rapidly changing environment
- Previous experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with a variety of web-development/eLearning authoring tools
- Analytical thinker with an ability to create effective learning solutions amidst competing priorities and constraints
- Experience in creating learning solutions at a startup or high-speed growth company.
