About the role

  • Provide visionary leadership to a portfolio of 110+ restaurants in Texas
  • Implement and oversee operational standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Market Directors, Regional Managers, and General Managers
  • Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics and managing budgets
  • Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service and resolving escalated guest issues
  • Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment
  • Partner with the New Store Opening and Development teams on restaurant openings
  • Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams
  • Act as a key decision-maker in response to crises or unexpected challenges

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of 200+ restaurants
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams
  • Proven success in driving operational performance, employee development, and financial results
  • Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis in a multi-unit setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to travel frequently across Texas
