About the role
- Provide visionary leadership to a portfolio of 110+ restaurants in Texas
- Implement and oversee operational standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop Market Directors, Regional Managers, and General Managers
- Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics and managing budgets
- Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service and resolving escalated guest issues
- Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment
- Partner with the New Store Opening and Development teams on restaurant openings
- Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams
- Act as a key decision-maker in response to crises or unexpected challenges
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of 200+ restaurants
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Strong ability to inspire and lead large, diverse teams
- Proven success in driving operational performance, employee development, and financial results
- Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis in a multi-unit setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to travel frequently across Texas
