  • Expertly communicate design rationale, build consensus, and influence decision-making among cross-functional teams and leadership to secure buy-in for strategic design direction.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, embracing ambiguity and proactively bringing clarity and direction to complex, open-ended problems.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow designers, actively elevating the design craft, setting high quality standards, and contributing to the overall growth and health of the design organization.

  • Possesses a deep curiosity and ability to consider product strategy and vision, connecting design decisions to their ultimate business impact.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale and influence diverse stakeholders (from peers to leadership) across all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive initiatives autonomously, requiring minimal direction while expertly navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional partners.
