Take ownership of preparing, tracking, monitoring and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular, recurring cadence
Design and implement financial models to support key strategic initiatives across various departments
Establish, document, and maintain a 'Source of Truth' for company-wide metrics and drive consistency in metric definitions, data sources, and reporting methodologies
Look for opportunities to improve data processes, enhance reporting efficiency, and increase the overall impact of analytical outputs
Act as a mentor for junior analysts, helping them to refine their skills and grow within the role.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with data modeling, cleaning, and transformation best practices
Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling & automation, analysis, and data pipeline optimization is preferred
Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and forecasting is a plus
Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and operational metrics
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, adept at presenting data insights to diverse audiences including executive leadership.
Proven ability to influence business decisions by translating complex data into accessible and actionable information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
