About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of new projects and initiatives within a product value stream.
- Lead complex technology workstreams across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Independently manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track, analyze, and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation effectively.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide clear, concise, and timely status updates.
- Ensure delivery meets quality standards, technical specifications, and organizational expectations.
- Champion continuous improvement by coaching and promoting lean and agile practices. Document lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements to inform future initiatives.
- Define, measure, and support the end-to-end flow of work from ideation through general availability.
- Establish and manage clear expectations for upcoming releases throughout the development lifecycle.
- Proactively Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a scrum master, program manager, engineer, or product owner using agile practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern agile software development practices and adaptive processes for managing programs of work.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills and ability to commit, influence, motivate, and successfully manage teams while working in a matrixed structure.
- Ability to analyze data and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats.
