About the role

  • Develop and maintain sales plans, pipelines, and forecasts to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Actively seek out and identify potential customers, utilizing lead generation experience and networking skills to establish new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to effectively promote and sell Pharmacy Compliance and Workflow SaaS software solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation of contracts, and contract closure.
  • Stay informed about the healthcare industry, hospital market trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Set sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Clinical Surveillance and Compliance employees and valued customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging collective expertise to drive success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of business development sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Understanding of health markets
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
