About the role
- Develop and maintain sales plans, pipelines, and forecasts to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Actively seek out and identify potential customers, utilizing lead generation experience and networking skills to establish new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to effectively promote and sell Pharmacy Compliance and Workflow SaaS software solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation of contracts, and contract closure.
- Stay informed about the healthcare industry, hospital market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Set sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Clinical Surveillance and Compliance employees and valued customers.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging collective expertise to drive success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of business development sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Understanding of health markets
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products.
