About the role
- Prospecting new business in new customer accounts
- Positioning and selling VitalLaw®
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Execute and finalize the sales process to meet revenue targets
- Meet with potential clients face-to-face or via phone, discussing and understanding client business needs
- Own and coordinate all sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key metrics
- Utilize sales tech stack including Outreach.io, Chorus.ai, etc.
- Maintain current records within SalesForce.com
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Networking and prospecting skills
- Negotiating and influencing business decisions
- Closing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software
