About the role

  • As a Software Support team member (m/f/d), you are the point of contact for technical application questions and handle telephone and written customer support for inquiries related to our software solutions.
  • You independently develop solution proposals for using our software systems, make use of the existing knowledge base, and work closely with colleagues from Sales, Software Development and Product Management.
  • You document customer contacts and error reports.
  • You create FAQs and online tutorials as needed for recurring customer issues.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • You demonstrate confident use of Microsoft products (Microsoft Windows 10, 11 / Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Office 2016–2021, and Office 365).
  • Experience configuring Microsoft SQL Server is desirable.
  • Experience configuring DocuWare is desirable.
  • You are characterized by a service-oriented mindset and enjoy direct contact with our customers.
  • You are comfortable with telephone-based customer contact and ideally have practical experience in software support.
  • You are willing to attend training and seminars at our other locations in Germany.
  • You are committed to continuous professional development.
  • German – language level at least B2.
