About the role

  • Lead strategic analysis of business and stakeholder requirements.
  • Direct the development of comprehensive architectural blueprints and models.
  • Ensure compatibility and integration of new products/services with existing architecture.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed technical specifications.
  • Lead technical planning sessions and strategy alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive in-depth testing, validation, and optimization processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify and address complex architectural and integration challenges.
  • Communicate strategic updates and design modifications to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with CoE and drive the main joint initiatives within the region (security CoE, architecture CoE, DevSecOps CoE).
  • Drive reusability within and across regions.
  • Monitor cloud costs and drive initiatives to reduce or control unnecessary increases.
  • Drive best practices in designing, delivering and monitoring non functional requirements.
  • Ensure that the data about portfolio assets is always updated and in synch with the reality of the systems.
  • Drive main architecture processes like Architecture Reviews, Technical Debt, Architecture Decision Record.
  • Support M&A processes within and outside the region.
