About the role
- Lead strategic analysis of business and stakeholder requirements.
- Direct the development of comprehensive architectural blueprints and models.
- Ensure compatibility and integration of new products/services with existing architecture.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed technical specifications.
- Lead technical planning sessions and strategy alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive in-depth testing, validation, and optimization processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.
- Identify and address complex architectural and integration challenges.
- Communicate strategic updates and design modifications to stakeholders.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with CoE and drive the main joint initiatives within the region (security CoE, architecture CoE, DevSecOps CoE).
- Drive reusability within and across regions.
- Monitor cloud costs and drive initiatives to reduce or control unnecessary increases.
- Drive best practices in designing, delivering and monitoring non functional requirements.
- Ensure that the data about portfolio assets is always updated and in synch with the reality of the systems.
- Drive main architecture processes like Architecture Reviews, Technical Debt, Architecture Decision Record.
- Support M&A processes within and outside the region.
