About the role
- Take on advanced testing responsibilities and create robust test automation solutions
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in testing processes
- Lead the design and execution of complex automated test cases
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
- Analyze test results and identify opportunities for test coverage improvements
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers on testing strategies
- Execute performance and load testing using LoadRunner or JMeter
- Implement automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate automation challenges
- Document test processes and outcomes
- Report to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation Consulting
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, eight days a month in closest office within 50 miles
Requirements
- Min. 3-5yr experience
- Advanced Programming: Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java or Python
- Complex Test Design: Ability to design and implement sophisticated test scenarios
- Test Automation Architecture: In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG)
- Performance Analysis: Skills in using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter for performance testing
- Mentorship: Capability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Continuous Integration: Advanced understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
