Lead category transformation for Global Workforce
Develop and implement strategic category plans for labor and technology services
Drive supplier rationalization and implement preferred supplier frameworks
Introduce governance processes to improve maturity in supplier management
Partner with CTO, CIO, and functional leaders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
Monitor market trends in AI, labor sourcing, and technology services

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Sourcing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
Large deal negotiation experience (exceeding $5 million)
Spend under management of at least $50 million
Hands-on experience sourcing technology services (cloud, infrastructure, software)
Familiarity with hyperscale's (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong background in supplier relationship management
Demonstrated career progression within current or previous organizations
Strong analytical background and advanced skills in managing complex spreadsheets
Experience creating and implementing category strategies and transformation initiatives
Proven experience operating in a global, multi-divisional organization
