About the role
- Lead category transformation for Global Workforce
- Develop and implement strategic category plans for labor and technology services
- Drive supplier rationalization and implement preferred supplier frameworks
- Introduce governance processes to improve maturity in supplier management
- Partner with CTO, CIO, and functional leaders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor market trends in AI, labor sourcing, and technology services
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Sourcing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Large deal negotiation experience (exceeding $5 million)
- Spend under management of at least $50 million
- Hands-on experience sourcing technology services (cloud, infrastructure, software)
- Familiarity with hyperscale's (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong background in supplier relationship management
- Demonstrated career progression within current or previous organizations
- Strong analytical background and advanced skills in managing complex spreadsheets
- Experience creating and implementing category strategies and transformation initiatives
- Proven experience operating in a global, multi-divisional organization
