About the role

  • Develop and own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the LRUS portfolio
  • Work with Product leaders to design, implement, and optimize commercialization frameworks and go-to-market plans
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product Management and Sales Leadership and the marketing team
  • Influence and serve as a key stakeholder across strategic market research initiatives
  • Evaluate, optimize and evolve new product marketing capabilities, tools, and processes
  • Define and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product marketing team of 3-5 individuals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • MBA or related advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial product management or product marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully commercializing complex B2B products or solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep understanding of product management principles and the full commercialization lifecycle
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business goals into impactful plans
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within the legal, compliance, or regulatory technology sectors is a strong plus.
