About the role
- Develop and own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the LRUS portfolio
- Work with Product leaders to design, implement, and optimize commercialization frameworks and go-to-market plans
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product Management and Sales Leadership and the marketing team
- Influence and serve as a key stakeholder across strategic market research initiatives
- Evaluate, optimize and evolve new product marketing capabilities, tools, and processes
- Define and track key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product marketing team of 3-5 individuals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- MBA or related advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial product management or product marketing
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing complex B2B products or solutions
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of product management principles and the full commercialization lifecycle
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data, customer insights, and business goals into impactful plans
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within the legal, compliance, or regulatory technology sectors is a strong plus.
