About the role

  • Work closely with the VP of Corporate Strategy and the Chief Strategy Officer
  • Lead project work and run the annual strategic planning process
  • Support the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
  • Conduct market deep-dives or business diagnostics with actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
  • 5+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence work
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
