About the role
- Oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to different funnel stages across multi-channel platforms.
- Develop frameworks for audience targeting and segmentation using marketing platforms.
- Oversee up to 80 campaigns, ensuring quality, budget efficiency, and optimized performance.
- Manage search strategy, including both SEM and SEO initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams for strategy alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Leverage marketing technology platforms to track engagement and enhance channel performance.
- Utilize ABM strategies to enhance targeting and capture high-priority accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing strategy and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience using tools like Demandbase/6sense, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong knowledge of ABM platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and search tools (e.g., Google, Bing, Conductor).
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional ability to partner with cross-functional teams and articulate complex concepts in clear terms.
- Thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic focus with tactical execution.
- Experience in or familiarity with healthcare marketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- The ability to develop creative solutions to everyday problems.
