About the role
- Partner with business Intelligence and conduct personal competitive analysis/market research to identify emerging ecommerce trends (B2B & B2C).
- Partner with business segment & marketing leaders to define eCommerce commercialization plan
- Participate in 3-year strategic planning and eCommerce roadmap development to align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital conversion, enhance customer experience, and optimize pricing/promotion models.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Business Segment teams to align eCommerce initiatives with company objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership on how to accelerate eCommerce revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in eCommerce strategy and digital commerce
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce and background in commercialization planning
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data, create insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter who enjoys deep research and problem-solving with a data-first approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
