Controller

• Own the full spectrum of accounting activities for Cyprus and Malta, including accurate and timely monthly closings, annual financial statements, and all required statutory reporting.
• Contribute to local and global finance initiatives, supporting process improvements, system implementations, and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with local operational teams to ensure financial matters are well understood and properly supported.
• Work hand-in-hand with the R2R team, engaging daily with GL accountants, AP and AR specialists to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
• Support the Country Controller with ad-hoc tasks, deeper analysis, and project-based work as needed.
