About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow service procedures and quality standards
- Support daily operational tasks related to customer service
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service targets
- Participate in training and onboarding sessions

Requirements
- Entry-level candidates welcome (0–2 years of experience)
- Strong communication skills in Polish; good command of English
