Develop and maintain distribution demand plans for multiple warehouses and distribution centers
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of goods
Monitor inventory performance metrics and adjust plans to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Use software/tools (SAP / OMP) to create and update distribution plans
Identify and resolve distribution bottlenecks and optimize transportation costs
Prepare reports and dashboards for management on inventory and distribution performance
Analyze forecasted demand, inventory levels, and lead times to determine replenishment needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in DRP, MRP, or inventory planning
Solid understanding of supply chain principles and DRP systems
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with forecasting tools and data analysis
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
