Supervise the routines of the Client Finance area through regular meetings to monitor activities from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to the financial schedule and service to internal and external clients.
Oversee WMS billing by reviewing billing schedules, orders issued by analysts, and submission to the SSC, as well as validating based on billing evidence and source to ensure the accuracy and validity of postings.
Monitor revenue (Budget vs. Actual), reviewing amounts and contract terms, and ensuring proper revenue recognition through billing or provision, according to projections.
Review PI (Insertion Order) balances, Commission and PO balances reports, comparing system data with analysts’ reports to ensure accuracy and control.
Review and verify SOX control reports, evaluating controls prepared by analysts based on evidence, control objective and effectiveness, ensuring audit and Internal Controls requirements are met.
Review pricing and proposals prepared by analysts, validating requested scope versus applied criteria to mitigate errors in commercial proposals.
Support and follow up on bids (RFI/RFP), compiling documentation and information required by tenders to ensure participation and ranking in procurement processes.
Assist Operations and Customer Service teams with financial/administrative processes for onboarding new clients (contracts, registrations, documentation, financial booking) through presentations of the area, systems and WPP processes, ensuring alignment with WPP and SSC assumptions.
Review the Sold vs. Actual FTE Control, analyzing the comparison prepared by analysts to support strategic analysis by the company heads and board.
Review Client Profitability, analyzing financial results by client, identifying deviations and activating the relevant focal points for action plans when needed.
Control and monitor investment volumes by client/OpCo, based on weekly meetings with Media Heads, tracking changes and new business to feed the financial board with strategic information for decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Previous experience working in advertising agencies.
Experience in controllership and reporting, including report preparation and implementation of performance indicators.
Ability to handle complex and diverse information, collecting and working with data from multiple sources and formats.
Advanced English.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced Excel (mandatory; a test will be administered).
