About the role

  • Responsible for preparing and providing detailed financial analyses and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
  • Prepare financial reports, KPIs, data analyses, and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the company to ensure financial practices are aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Financial analysis: perform detailed analyses of financial statements, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Financial reporting: prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Financial modeling: create and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning initiatives and decision-making.
  • Project evaluation: analyze the feasibility and return on investment of new and existing projects, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Risk management: identify and assess the company’s financial exposure, proposing strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Cross-department collaboration: work closely with other departments, such as accounting, operations, and sales, to align financial objectives with organizational goals.
  • Audit and compliance: ensure financial practices comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and investment processes.
  • Develop and monitor financial performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health.
  • Collaborate with areas such as accounting and operations to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
  • Review and optimize financial processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor changes in financial and accounting legislation, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Autonomy and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Power BI.
  • Experience working with ERP and budget management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and financial software.
