About the role
- Cover Brazil's Northeast region
- Ensure weekly/monthly sales quotas and expected KPIs are met
- Identify and research potential new clients
- Create and execute lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Develop sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead negotiations to close deals
- Stay up to date on industry trends
- Provide regular reports on sales activities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software sales
- Deep knowledge of the clinical laboratory industry, including pathology, cytology, and related areas
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through multiple channels
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
