About the role
- Directs all aspects of a service area within assigned vertical line of business.
- Provides comprehensive range of environmental solutions to assigned clients/operating units.
- Manages operating units' profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, and service execution.
- Supervises and coordinates employee work and development activities.
- Develops bids and quotes for new projects.
- Ensures procedural compliance with environmental health and safety and ISO program activities.
- Manages financial and operating performance of assigned customer sites for profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 7 years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement).
- Valid Driver's License
- RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required
- OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required
- USDA waste experience and knowledge (APHIS)
