💰 $22 - $23 per hour

About the role

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Public Sector Segment Sales team by responding to assigned service requests.
  • Track and respond to customer service calls, billing inquires, and reporting needs.
  • Create customer presentations, track bidding results and contract status.
  • Do special service event planning/coordination.
  • Interact with customers to ensure that they are serviced to their satisfaction.
  • Adjust customer services per requests and ensure proper billing and efficient revenue collection.
  • Ensure all steps are planned for and taken for proper response to customer emergencies.
  • Develop and maintain contract database by updating status of existing contracts and any other pertinent information.

Requirements

  • Must live & work in the US.
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 4 years or more years previous experience (in addition to education requirements)
