About the role

Bridge business needs and technical solutions by delivering accurate reporting and analytics
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reporting, analytics, and application solutions
Perform data validation, testing, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, usability, and reliability of reports
Ensure adherence to reporting standards, policies, and best practices and support audit
Recommend improvements to reporting systems, analytics tools, and business processes to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, developers and Digital teams to optimize reporting applications and workflows
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, system configurations, and analytics solutions and support change impact materials
Coordinate and support system and acceptance testing and User Acceptance Testing including developing test scenarios/cases

Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Eight (8) years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement)
Understanding of Oracle and Snowflake
Basic BI skill set with DAX, Power Query and sql queries
Proven Implementation of Value Adding Data Visualization Design and Best Practices
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for reporting and analytics
Experience performing data validation, testing, and quality assurance of reports
Experience supporting system and user acceptance testing and developing test scenarios/cases
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, data scientists, developers and Digital teams
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues and support change management
Must be available to work standard business hours and non-standard hours/after-hours calls with offshore teams
