About the role
- Receives and acts upon sales opportunities from inbound calls and internal lead sources
- Conducts pre-sales activities to gain understanding of customer’s needs
- Negotiates and closes sales by effectively communicating alternatives and positions
- Adheres to established WM sales processes
- Presents WM products and services using a consultative approach
- Adjusts sales technique based on customer nature
- Overcomes objections during sales negotiations
- Finalizes sales agreements
- Conducts post-sale administrative work
