About the role
- Generate revenue using a consultative selling approach selling WM services to SMB customers
- Receive and close warm customer leads from inbound calls and internal lead sources
- Conduct pre-sales activities: gather marketing material, pricing, identify customer needs and objections
- Present WM products and services consultatively and connect solutions to customer business needs
- Negotiate and close sales, finalize agreements with next steps and commitments
- Adjust sales techniques based on prospect type and overcome objections
- Conduct post-sale administrative work to ensure successful product/service implementation
- Adhere to established WM sales processes and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- No experience required
- Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
- Consultative selling skills and ability to close inbound/warm leads
- Ability to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Ability to conduct pre-sales activities and post-sale administrative work
- Willingness to obtain REAL ID if required for travel or federal property access
