About the role
- Execute WM's key account program with large clients across multiple market areas.
- Build deep and lasting relationships with clients by harnessing WM's resources.
- Grow and maintain existing revenue while ensuring quality of the book of business.
- Partner with Key Account Executive in support of new program initiatives.
- Drive new revenue by proposing client and site-specific solutions.
- Oversee contract compliance and execute CPI increases.
- Participate in client launch, renewal and de-implementation activities.
- Educate clients on local regulatory compliance trends and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accounts receivable are current.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years relevant experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience required.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience with regulated waste preferred.
