About the role
- Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications - from design and development to integration, deployment, and support - ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
- Provides expert technical and functional leadership across .NET, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), guiding architectural decisions and solution design.
- Lead planning and execution of development initiatives, including design proposals, sizing, and business value alignment.
- Prepares and/or provides budget input for ongoing and future expenditures, monitors budget performance, provides forecasts, and manages vendor performance.
- Establishes strategic plans and objectives; build and maintain a multi-year technology modernization roadmap.
- Act as a strategic business partner by understanding organizational objectives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and translating needs into scalable, high-performing technology solutions.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues and cross-platform failures.
- Oversee DevOps activities - including environment setup, tooling, code libraries, branching strategy, and deployment pipelines.
- Manage audit requests, SOX compliance, change control processes, security reviews, and user access across all applications.
- Oversee development partners, ensure adherence to contractual commitments, and enforce performance via governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience.
- 8 years or more years of previous experience (in addition to the education requirement)
- Leading hybrid teams onshore/offshore/remote
- ITIL
- Certified Software Test Engineer
- May require in-depth skills in one or more of the following:
- .Net
- Salesforce
- Microsoft D365
- ERP development, implementation, and support
- QA management experience and training experience
- Software analysis, design, and development
- Application development projects,
