Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications - from design and development to integration, deployment, and support - ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
Provides expert technical and functional leadership across .NET, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), guiding architectural decisions and solution design.
Lead planning and execution of development initiatives, including design proposals, sizing, and business value alignment.
Prepares and/or provides budget input for ongoing and future expenditures, monitors budget performance, provides forecasts, and manages vendor performance.
Establishes strategic plans and objectives; build and maintain a multi-year technology modernization roadmap.
Act as a strategic business partner by understanding organizational objectives, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and translating needs into scalable, high-performing technology solutions.
Serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues and cross-platform failures.
Oversee DevOps activities - including environment setup, tooling, code libraries, branching strategy, and deployment pipelines.
Manage audit requests, SOX compliance, change control processes, security reviews, and user access across all applications.
Oversee development partners, ensure adherence to contractual commitments, and enforce performance via governance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience.
8 years or more years of previous experience (in addition to the education requirement)
Leading hybrid teams onshore/offshore/remote
ITIL
Certified Software Test Engineer
