About the role
- Manages daily driver candidate interviews
- Partners with multiple sites to provide realistic job previews
- Manages logistics of scheduling on-site interviews
- Responsible for weekly new employee onboarding training
- Leads workforce planning and staffing goals for sites
- Oversees candidate offer process
- Investigates employee turnover reasons and provides feedback
- Assists in the creation and execution of retention strategies
- Creates and submits weekly and month-end reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 3 years previous operations management experience in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations
- 3 years’ experience interviewing and hiring CDL Drivers and other frontline positions
- Valid Driver's License
