About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Learning Consultants, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure delivery of impactful, business-aligned solutions
- Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and project assignments across multiple lines of business
- Oversee client management, learning needs analysis, strategy design, and delivery of complex learning projects
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders and act as escalation point for client issues
- Champion use of design thinking, 5Di, and modern learning methodologies
- Partner with leaders to anticipate future capability needs and design enablement strategies
- Ensure solutions are scalable, aligned with organizational goals, and designed for long-term impact
Requirements
- Must live and work in the US
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development
- At least 3 years in a people management role
- Proven experience managing senior-level consultants or equivalent client-facing roles
- Demonstrated expertise in performance consulting, needs analysis, and development of learning strategies
- Strong background managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable business impact
- Deep knowledge of modern instructional design, human-centered design, and adult learning principles
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with executive presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with competing priorities
