💰 $23 - $27 per hour
About the role
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and fast processing of orders.
- Provide logistics support for domestic and international movement of recycled materials.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and partners to fulfill customers’ needs.
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service.
- Monitor inventories and production needs and schedule necessary equipment to move waste by-products.
- Arrange and negotiate third-party freight costs for timely servicing of customer waste by-product pick-ups.
- Monitor and maintain shipment status via computer system.
- Resolve issues with shipments for both vendors and customers.
- Responsible for all necessary documentation for shipments, including export documentation.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- Experience: Two years of relevant work experience in a customer service role and Exporting Material.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; basic Excel required.
- Work experience that required the use of a computer.
