About the role
- Advise, demonstrate, and sell workshop equipment and tools, and provide instruction and on-site setup/commissioning at customer locations
- New customer acquisition
- Lead sales negotiations through to closing
- Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
- Responsibility for revenue and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade shows
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Several years of professional experience in automotive parts wholesale with customer contact is an advantage
- Excellent product knowledge in the area of workshop equipment
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Class B driver's license (formerly Class 3)
