About the role

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends in the paint/coatings sector
  • Plan, prepare and actively participate in industry and customer meetings to foster business relationships
  • Develop and execute innovative sales campaigns to increase revenue and improve customer retention
  • Organize and deliver industry training sessions for employees at sales branches to enhance product and sales knowledge
  • Support sales branches through targeted consulting and training on sales initiatives and pricing in the paint segment
  • Attend WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial and/or technical training, preferably with experience in the paint/coatings industry
  • Industry knowledge and sales experience, ideally in a leadership role, are advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret market trends
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid driving licence (Class B / former Class 3)
