About the role
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends in the paint/coatings sector
- Plan, prepare and actively participate in industry and customer meetings to foster business relationships
- Develop and execute innovative sales campaigns to increase revenue and improve customer retention
- Organize and deliver industry training sessions for employees at sales branches to enhance product and sales knowledge
- Support sales branches through targeted consulting and training on sales initiatives and pricing in the paint segment
- Attend WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical training, preferably with experience in the paint/coatings industry
- Industry knowledge and sales experience, ideally in a leadership role, are advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret market trends
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driving licence (Class B / former Class 3)
