About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the commercial vehicle sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Conduct needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
- Responsible for revenue and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive sector
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation, always presenting a friendly and professional manner
- Good written and spoken German
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Valid driving license class B (or class 3)
