About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
- Proactively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
- Responsible for sales and profitability
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Valid Class B driver's license (formerly Class 3)
