About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analytics tool)
- Responsibility for revenue and profitability
- Participation in WM Werkstattmessen (workshop trade fairs)
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive industry
- Field sales experience within the automotive sector
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good written and spoken German
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (or class 3)
