About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Active selling of the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
