About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the commercial vehicle sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analytics tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus, with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driving licence class B (formerly class 3)
