About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the commercial vehicle (CV) sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Demand and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
- Revenue and profitability responsibility
- Participate in WM workshop trade shows
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (or class 3)
