About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle (CV) segment
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments/visits
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 reporting tool)
- Responsible for sales and profitability
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Persuasiveness and strong negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
