About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Proactively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
- Responsible for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
