About the role
- Managing and advising an existing regional customer base, as well as acquiring new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector
- Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
- Active selling of the product range
- Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
- Conducting market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Supporting sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good written and spoken German
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (or class 3)
