About the role
- Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
- Independently plan and conduct customer visits
- Proactively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Analyze customer needs and sales potential using Customer 360 (analysis tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade shows
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably within the automotive industry
- Field sales experience in the automotive sector
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Driving license Class B (formerly Class 3)
