About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Actively promote and sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Monitor the market and perform competitor analyses
- Support sales and customer events
- Conduct needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
- Responsible for sales and profitability
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience in the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good command of German, both written and spoken
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Valid driving license (Class B / formerly Class 3)
