About the role
- Account management and advisory support for an existing regional customer base, as well as new customer acquisition in the passenger car segment
- Independent planning and execution of customer appointments
- Active selling of the product range
- Optimization and further development of existing sales processes
- Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis
- Support for sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Sales experience in field sales within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Driving licence Class B (or Class 3)
