About the role
- Take on the leadership role for a dynamic sales team
- Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Ensure a first-class customer service experience through proactive engagement and prompt issue resolution
- Maintain customer relationships
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
- Plan, organize and execute sales events to increase customer retention and acquisition
- Responsible for budgeting and implementing cost-efficiency measures to maximize profitability
- Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and sales concepts for customer retention and acquisition
- Ensure compliance with regulations and optimize workflows in the sales outlet

Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical training
- Industry knowledge and leadership experience are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good command of German, spoken and written
- Driver's license class B (formerly class 3)
