About the role
- Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sector
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
- Active selling of the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analysis tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participation in WM workshop trade shows
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good written and spoken German
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B (formerly Class 3)
