About the role
- Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors
- Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
- Actively sell the product range
- Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
- Conduct market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Support sales and customer events
- Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
- Responsibility for sales and profitability
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
- Field sales experience within the automotive industry
- Understanding of market and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
- Good command of German, spoken and written
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Valid driving license (Class B or Class 3)
