About the role
- Take on the leadership role for a dynamic sales team
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and achieve sales targets
- Ensure a first-class customer service experience through proactive interaction and rapid problem resolution
- Maintain and cultivate customer relationships
- Participate in WM workshop trade fairs
- Plan, organize and conduct sales events to increase customer retention and acquisition
- Responsible for budgeting and implementing cost-efficiency measures to maximize profitability
- Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and sales concepts for customer retention and acquisition
- Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize workflows within the sales center
- Promote a culture of continuous development and team cohesion
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the competitive environment
Requirements
- Completed commercial and/or technical vocational training
- Industry knowledge and previous leadership experience are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
