About the role
- **What You Will Do **
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- - Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and DTC growth campaigns across digital platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- - Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website structure to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition efficiency.
- - Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred experience with HubSpot) to streamline lead capture, nurturing, and management.
- Campaign Management:
- - Own and manage performance across multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.
- - Create targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads and customers using paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), organic strategies (SEO), and content marketing.
- - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:
- - Partner closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners as needed.
- Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
- - Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities across lead generation and DTC initiatives.
- - Track and report on key metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and channel performance.
- - Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation.
- Content & SEO Strategy:
- - Oversee development of high-impact content such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers to drive traffic and lead generation.
- - Partner with content and creative teams to ensure content supports SEO, paid media, and conversion objectives.
- - Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and demand capture.
- Budget Management:
- - Own and manage the digital marketing budget, prioritizing investment in high-performing channels to maximize ROI.
- - Forecast spend and performance, making strategic trade-offs to support growth objectives.
- - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- **What We’re Looking For **
- - 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (experience in both is preferred) with a focus on lead generation.
- - Proven success in managing online lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and direct reports
- - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies.
- - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), SEO platforms, and analytics software.
- - Creativity: Innovative thinking for designing compelling campaigns.
- - Project Management: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- - Collaboration: Collaboration with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners to execute marketing plans
- - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting persuasive messages.
